What is your return policy for opened games?
To ensure product integrity, we only accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. If a game has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Games and Stuff ships to customers within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones to more international destinations in the near future.
Can I pre-order upcoming board games and collectibles?
Yes! Pre-order items are listed with their expected release dates. Please note that your entire order will ship once all items, including pre-orders, are in stock.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
